Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how ELYTRALABS LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Elytra Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), processes and ships orders placed at elytralabs.shop. Contact: support@elytralabs.shop.

1. Shipping Origin and Destinations

All Elytra Labs orders ship from a US-based facility to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or PO Boxes may be subject to extended delivery times.

2. Processing Time

Standard processing time is 1 business day from order confirmation. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after order ships:

These are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and remote delivery zones can extend transit times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order subtotal:

Free shipping is calculated on the post-sale subtotal (before bundle, affiliate, store credit, or loyalty point reductions).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and order weight. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracker with your order reference number and email.

6. Packaging

All orders ship in plain, secure packaging that does not externally identify the contents. Packaging is designed to:

  • Maintain stable temperature during transit (especially important for lyophilized peptides)
  • Prevent vial breakage or damage
  • Keep package contents private during transit

7. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment. Verify your address carefully before submitting.

If we identify an obvious address error before shipping (e.g., invalid ZIP code), we'll contact you to correct it. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we offer free reshipment under our Refund & Reship Policy. Briefly:

  • Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery (for non-arrival) or actual delivery (for damaged items)
  • Send order reference number, email, and photos (for damaged shipments) to support@elytralabs.shop
  • Approved reships ship within 24–48 hours at no cost to you

9. Signature on Delivery

By default, packages do NOT require signature on delivery. The carrier will leave the package at the address provided. If you'd like signature-required delivery for added security, contact us before your order ships and we can arrange it for an additional fee.

10. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, we honor our reship policy for non-arrival or damaged shipments to ensure you receive what you ordered. See our Refund & Reship Policy for full details.

11. Holiday and Weather Delays

Carriers experience increased volume around major holidays and may impose service delays. Severe weather events can also delay shipments. We monitor carrier announcements and post any known delays at the top of our homepage.

12. International Customers

Elytra Labs does not ship internationally. If you're outside the US, you cannot place an order. Attempts to use a US-forwarding service to receive products outside the US violate our Terms of Service and the regulatory framework under which we operate.

13. Cold Chain / Special Handling

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of standard 2–5 business day shipping. Products are not shipped with active cooling. If you have specific cold-chain requirements (e.g., for academic or institutional research), contact us before ordering and we'll discuss options.
